Conflict Minerals Policy
ITM Semiconductor continuously strives to improve the environment and human rights of conflict minerals by establishing a responsible supply chain management system.
TIM Semiconductor do not use unconventionally mined conflict minerals (3TG: Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten, Gold) in 10 conflict areas (Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, Angola, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Sudan, and Central African Republic).
We thoroughly inspect and manage the inclusion of conflict minerals in our products in order to provide products that have gone through a normal distribution process.

- ITM Semiconductor will comply with and participate in the Conflict Minerals (3TG) Regulation.

- We do not use conflict minerals sourced from high risk areas (10 countries).

- We do not use conflict minerals that are used to finance human rights violations or armed forces.
